The founder's story
Born and raised in the UAE, Karim Aly has worked in events and production since 2010. Over more than a decade he built deep on-ground experience across operations, site management and logistics, learning every detail of what makes an event work behind the scenes.
When he interviews or hires, he knows exactly what to look for, because he's done the work himself. He can tell whether someone will perform under pressure and meet the standards expected at high-profile events.
